FCT - Combustion are proud sponsors of State Opera South Australia's production of Wagner's The Ring Cycle. The Adelaide Ring is the most significant arts event to take place in Australia this year and is amongst one of the most important cultural events on the global opera calendar.

FCT have provided the engineering design and manufacture of the combustion systems for the spectacular fire effects in the production. FCT have applied their specialised combustion knowledge, technologies and engineering capability to producing some of the world's most breathtaking celebrations. Hard on the trail of the spectacular flame effects from the Athens 2004 Olympic opening ceremony, the fire effects of The Ring Cycle were an excellent encore performance by FCT. These were developed in association with Ring Set Designer Michael Scott-Mitchell and in collaboration with our research partners - The University of Adelaide.
